At Ateminium, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our multi-tenant schools management system. 02.Schools and student data
Ateminium provides software to educational institutions. For student, teacher, and school academic data entered into a school's tenant:
- The school decides what data is collected, who may create accounts, and how that data is used for education administration. The school remains responsible for those decisions.
- Ateminium processes that data on the school's instructions as a service provider / processor, solely to operate the schools management platform.

03.Information we collect
We collect information to provide better services to all our users. This includes:
Personal information
Name, email address, phone number, and profile information when you register an account.
Student & school data
Enrollment details, class assignments, academic results, transcripts, promotion records, and related information entered by your school.
Usage data
How you interact with our platform, including features used and time spent.
Device information
Device type, browser, operating system, and unique device identifiers.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Operate school onboarding, term management, result uploads, and transcript workflows
- Send administrative information, such as updates, security alerts, and support messages
- Respond to your comments, questions, and provide customer service
- Communicate with you about products, services, and events
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities
05.Data sharing and disclosure

- With school administrators: Teachers and administrators can access student data relevant to their roles.
- Service providers: We share data with third-party vendors who help us operate our platform.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law.
- Business transfers: Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information.
