What Schools Should Know
01.Multi-tenant Isolation
Each school’s records stay scoped to that school. Tenant boundaries are a hard product rule, not an afterthought.
02.Role-based Access
Admins, bursars, teachers, and students see only what their role allows. Students sign in with STD-ID; staff with email.
03.Session and Transport Controls
Sign-in uses an HttpOnly session cookie. Sessions end when the browser is closed; JWT expiry still caps active time.
04.Academic Record Integrity
Term lock, transcript release, and clearance blocks keep official results accountable after they are finalized.
