Practical walkthroughs for getting a school live on Ateminium. Registration, student signup, teacher setup, result uploads, and how your data stays protected.
For school administrators
Register Your School
01.Open registration
Go to Register Your School and complete the form with your institution details and the school administrator account.
02.Submit and wait for review
Provide school name, contact information, and admin details. Ateminium reviews registrations, typically within one working day.
03.Sign in after approval
When approved, you receive an email confirmation. Log in with your admin email to open the school dashboard and begin setup.
04.Get the school ready
Open an active term, configure classes, add teachers, and assign classes and subjects. Share your School ID (SCH-ID) so students can register themselves. Teachers can then upload results; students view them from their portal.
For students
Create A Student Account
School ID Required
Without a valid SCH-ID from your school admin, you cannot register. This blocks unauthorized accounts and protects school data.
01.Get your School ID
Ask your school administrator for the unique School ID (SCH-ID). You cannot create a student account without it.
02.Open student signup
Visit Student Registration and verify your School ID to confirm you are joining the right school.
03.Create your account
Enter your name, select your class, set a password, and submit. Double-check your class before finishing.
04.Save your Student ID
After signup, Ateminium issues a unique Student ID (STD-ID). Copy it and keep it safe: you will use it every time you log in to view results, download transcripts, and read school notifications.
For school administrators
Set Up Teachers
01.Adding teachers
School admins add teachers from the Admin Dashboard. Each new teacher receives a generated password for their first sign-in, then must change it.
02.Assigning classes and subjects
Assign each teacher to the classes and subjects they teach. Upload access follows those assignments only.
03.Keeping access scoped
Role-based permissions keep teachers inside their own workload. They cannot see or edit work outside their assigned classes and subjects.
For teachers
Upload Results With Excel
01.Download the template
Choose the class and subject, then download the Excel template. Student names and IDs are already filled in the correct format.
02.Enter the scores
Fill in marks for each student. The system expects values from 0 to 100 and validates the file on upload.
03.Upload the file
Submit the completed spreadsheet. Ateminium processes the file and shows a summary of what was accepted.
04.Review the upload summary
Check validation messages carefully. Once the upload succeeds, students can already see those marks on their dashboard.
Term workflow for admins
Teacher uploads are enough for students to view marks. Locking freezes further upload changes. A separate admin release step opens transcript PDF downloads (subject to clearance).
- 01.Set one active term for teacher Excel uploads.
- 02.Teachers upload marks for their assigned classes and subjects. Students can view uploaded marks on their dashboard right away.
- 03.Lock the term when marks are final. Teachers can no longer change uploads. Promotion runs for final terms; Passed students go to the next class and failed students remain in the same class.
- 04.Release transcripts so students can download official transcript PDFs from their dashboard.
- 05.Manage who can download transcripts from the student dashboard. Blocked students are not allowed to download transcripts.

How Your Data Stays Protected
01.Multi-tenant isolation
Each school’s data is isolated. Your records stay separate from every other institution on the platform.
02.Role-based access
Permissions limit what each person can see. Students cannot view other students’ results; teachers stay within their assignments.
03.Transport and session security
Sign-in uses an HttpOnly session cookie (about 2 hours). API access is scoped by School ID (SCH-ID). Production deployments use managed database backups and persistent upload storage.
04.Result integrity
Term locking and audit trails help keep academic records accurate and accountable after they are finalized.
