Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Ateminium, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using Ateminium's services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
Description of Service
Ateminium is a cloud-based multi-tenant school management system that provides educational institutions with tools for managing:
- Student enrollment and records
- Teacher management and class assignments
- Academic results and reporting
- Class and subject management
- Administrative workflows
- Communication between stakeholders
User Accounts and Responsibilities
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
User Types
Our platform supports multiple user roles: Super Administrators, School Administrators, Teachers, and Students. Each role has specific access permissions and responsibilities.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system.
Data and Privacy
Your data privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these terms.
- Schools maintain ownership of their data
- Student data is protected according to applicable regulations
- We implement industry-standard security measures
- Data can be exported upon request (for school admins)
Payment Terms
For paid subscriptions:
- Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice
- Late payments may result in service suspension
Intellectual Property
The Ateminium platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Ateminium and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Ateminium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted basis.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ateminium harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the service immediately ceases
- You may be denied access to your data
- We may retain certain data as required by law
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Sudan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Sudan.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
